At Rebirth Runners, we stand by the quality of our gear. If your purchase doesn't help you stay locked into your grind, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.

• Unworn, unused, and with original tags.

• In its original packaging.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or full refund.

3. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Items on final sale or clearance.

• Gift cards.

• Items damaged due to personal misuse or improper washing.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

   

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

   

6. Return Shipping
